Survey results "Leading through unprecedented times" now available

Mercer has just published the results of its global “Leading through unprecedented times” survey. More than 2,100 organizations with employees and operations in 90-plus countries worldwide responded to the survey, which was conducted online in May and updates a survey initially conducted in November 2008. The survey findings paint a vivid picture of the HR, human capital and benefits challenges that organizations continue to face as a result of the global economic downturn.
